Zebra 3 Fleet
Our good friend Malcolm has just started a website to show off his 1969 General Lee replica. Check it out at www.dukesofhazzard01.co.uk In addition here is a random image taken at the Chelmsford Police Open Day - note that parking rules don't apply to emergency vehicles...
A whole new section has been added for an exciting new vehicle available! The Ford LTD is proud to present it's great grandson, the Ford Crown Victoria.
We are presently working on a larger update but for now I can tell you that the Chopper bike has gone but we have a new car in the parking lot! Watch this space for more details...
A lot has been happening since this website has been up-dated.
So what has been happening? Well,
The Gran Torino has had a transplant…a new custom built 351W engine, built in the USA by Tuff Dawg Engines…and a new custom built C4 auto box built by TCI in the USA. And fitted September of 2007 but you can read about that in the Torino Car spec section!
We attended had a Cult T.V Weekend with the one and only and original“Huggy Bear” Antonio Fargas, as well as a photo shoot for the pantomime that Antonio was appearing in at Derby UK.
…And from Life on Mars Cult TV cop show set in the 70’s
From the Photo Shoot at Derby 2007 ….Heres Huggy with one of his big friends
….And another being interviewed for local television. Both Antonio Fargas and Paul Michael Glaser have now signed our Gran Torino…thanks a million guys…...sign here Mr Fargas….
….Sign here please Mr Glaser….. Numerous Car shows, some of which we were accompanied by a few friends with their T.V cars, namely Malcolm from Ipswich with his General Lee and Liam and the rest of their “A” team with their “A Team Van”... “We like it when a plan comes together!”
The local burger bar with the very appropriate name……
“Why can’t we have cop cars like that in the UK?” In October 2007, we were asked to bring the Torino for filming for the opening of an episode of “The One Show” at the BBC in London…
Here filming with Dominic Littlewood and Christine Bleakley.
A very odd Starsky and Hutch…were using our props for the shoot. the BBC didn’t have the right colour cardigan!! Needless to say we’ve been busy with Weddings, Birthdays, and Proms…..
Black and white cop car stills shoot July 2008
Donut’s anyone?
On the 27th July 2008 , we participated in the annual Fairlop, Essex to Southend classic car run. On arrival at Southend a large part of the sea front was coned off and the cars displayed during the afternoon. Our good friend “Del boy” alias Mad Paul with his trotter van was, as always a site to be seen. This year dressed as batman! Here we have Del Boy and Steve McQueen?????, posing with the Gran Torino….
Also, Malcolm with his General Lee Dodge charger was there…
….and Dave’s Bullit Mustang with Steve McQueen look alike, Chris.
Unfortunately, “A” Team guys couldn’t make it… Another notable appearances of the cars, was at the local Police open day..the weather wasn’t the best but a good time was had by all, and money for charity raised. Heres our good friend Adam, with his Police Issue Harley Davidson, until recently in service in Texas, and purchased by Adam. A great looking bike and well worth an up close look.
Just a couple of other pictures of the day.
That's about it up to the end of July 2008…but we will be adding more pictures, notes and video soon. Please note that the following vehicles appearing on this website are for hire. Wedding, Proms, Photo shoots, Corporate hire etc:
Namely,
Bikes.
Police Harley Davidson
